Green Glow Smoothie

This smoothie is simply amazing when you need a healthy pick-me-up. It's absolutely overloaded with nutrients and tastes great!
Fresh pineapple works best if available, but in a pinch frozen (or even canned) can also work in the off-season.

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple or frozen
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger
  • 2 tsp fresh mint
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 1/2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp matcha powder

Instructions
 

  • Prep the pineapple if using fresh. Wash the lime and zest it, juice the lemon. Wash the spinach and mint, pat dry. Peel the ginger.
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, adding more water to get your desired consistency.
  • Pour over ice and serve immediately.
